St. John's Women of the ELCA is a local unit of the state and national organization.  We have five circles of women who meet monthly in their homes, at the church, or at a local restaurant.  All women of St. John's are considered to be Women of the ELCA.  We invite our female members and guests to participate in one of our activities or a monthly meeting.

Women of ELCA
Purpose

As a community of women created in the image of God,
called to discipleship in Jesus Christ, and
empowered by the Holy Spirit,
we commit ourselves to
grow in faith, affirm our gifts,
support one another in our callings
engage in ministry and action, and
promote healing and wholeness
in the church, the society,
and the world.
