The Red Door Festival

Known as "the church with the red doors," St. John's holds a wonderful festival every two years that is part church bazaar, part fellowship, and part fundraiser.  The Red Door Festival offers many items for sale, including wonderful handmade items from our own Crafts Bunch as well as kindly-used children's items, books, and more.

A portion of this year's profits will

Red Door News! Got a few hours? Want to help? Red Door volunteers are meeting on Thursday mornings to price and organize items. You may also take this opportunity to drop off items to donate. Please note that clothing is not being accepted this year. You may bring stuffed animals in good condition that will be donated to Mountain View. Seasonal items are restricted to Halloween and Christmas. Much desired are four to five very nice live Auction items for bidding.  Thank you for helping make Red Door Festival 2011 a GREAT SUCCESS!!

Red Door Craft Nights  Beginning Tuesday, April 12th, the Craft Nights will be dedicated to learning to hand piece quilts. We’ll start with simple quilt patterns so even the newest quilter to the most experienced will be able to do! We will make quilts to sell at the Red Door Festival 2011. The one currently in progress will be sold at our LIVE AUCTION. The more quilters we have, the more quilts we will be able to make. If you have fabric you would like to donate, please bring it to the PLC Conference Room on Tuesday evenings between 6-7:30. Bring you quilt ideas, too! Come and join the fun!
